The month of May has arrived and speaking for myself it is an incredibly busy month, full of many events and holidays both personal and secular.  Among some of  the numerous celebratory and enjoyable dates in May lie the Kentucky derby, Cinco de Mayo, May day, National teacher day, Mother’s day, Victoria day and Memorial day.
